Technical Advisory for Heritage
Technical Advisory for Heritage
Euritmia deliverables support early, high-stakes decision-making on heritage and sensitive built assets, before design commitments are made.
All deliverables define scope, assumptions, limitations and confidence, and explicitly identify Human Gate items where outcomes depend on statutory authorities.
Deliverable:
• Preliminary Assessment Report (PDF)
Purpose:
Early orientation and risk screening before design or intervention.
Includes:
• regulatory and heritage context
• identification of critical risks and constraints
• scenarios and decision pathways
• data gaps and confidence statement
Possible outcome (by design):
• Inconclusive due to missing data, with a clear list of required inputs.
Deliverables:
• Preliminary Assessment Report (PDF)
• Existing Conditions Evidence, which may include (scope-dependent):
– Point cloud survey (TLS / laser scanning)
– Architectural and heritage photogrammetry
– Evidence excerpts (sections, ortho-images or illustrations) used to substantiate the decision narrative
Purpose:
Reduce uncertainty where the existing building condition or geometry is decisive for the decision.
Note:
This evidence supports decision-making and heritage assessment.
It does not replace cadastral surveys, legal setting-out or statutory topographic surveys.
Deliverable:
• Heritage Impact Assessment Report (PDF)
Purpose:
Evaluate the magnitude and significance of impacts arising from a defined intervention on heritage assets.
Includes:
• identification of heritage attributes and Sensitive Heritage Elements (SHE)
• description of the proposed intervention and alternatives (where applicable)
• impact matrix (magnitude and significance)
• mitigation measures and recommendations
Evidence integration:
Where required, the AIP is supported by point cloud evidence and/or photogrammetry to anchor sensitive elements and reduce subjectivity.
Deliverables (case-dependent):
• Preliminary Assessment Report
• Existing Conditions Evidence (point cloud + photogrammetry)
• Heritage Impact Assessment
These may be delivered as a single integrated document or as coordinated reports, depending on the case.
Purpose:
A decision-grade package for high-risk situations, including:
• classified or sensitive heritage
• significant investment decisions
• elevated legal or reputational exposure
When essential information is missing, Euritmia will explicitly state:
“Inconclusive due to missing data”,
and identify the minimum information required to reach a robust conclusion.
Documented uncertainty is preferred over false certainty.
Where outcomes depend on statutory bodies (heritage authorities, municipalities or other competent entities), these steps are explicitly identified as Human Gate, with recommended sequencing.
We review your inputs and confirm the most appropriate Euritmia product configuration (RP, RP+, AIP or DECIDE), proportionate to risk, complexity and data availability.
We review your information and confirm the appropriate instrument and scope.
